The Science Behind Equine-Assisted Leadership
Trust Building
Horses provide immediate, honest feedback to human behaviour, creating a powerful mirror for leadership styles and communication patterns. This facilitates profound trust development within teams.
Executive Presence
Interacting with horses requires authentic presence and clear intention—the same qualities that distinguish exceptional leaders in the corporate environment.
Non-Verbal Communication
Horses respond primarily to non-verbal cues, helping participants become aware of their unconscious communication patterns and develop greater congruence between intention and action.
In a corporate landscape saturated with conventional training methods, equine coaching offers a refreshing, scientifically validated approach that creates lasting behavioural change and meaningful skills development.
How to Register for the Press Day
Limited Spaces Available

"The impact horses can have on human insight, confidence, and team dynamics is difficult to grasp in theory—which is why this event invites journalists to experience it firsthand."
Created by two Luxembourgish entrepreneurs—Anne Ludovicy (30) and Christine Hansen (42)—this innovative training programme takes place at Centre Équestre Kehlen.
The programme is facilitated by Christine, a certified personal development coach and entrepreneur, and Anne, owner of CEK and certified riding instructor. Together, they help professionals hone their leadership instincts in a grounded, nature-based setting.
Equine Corporate Coaching Luxembourg is proud to be certified by the European Association for Horse Assisted Education, ensuring the highest standards of practice and methodology.
